  • We do not process private health insurance claims directly, but we will provide you with the necessary receipt to submit your claim. Please note, as per private health insurance guidelines, you cannot claim a rebate from both Medicare and your private health insurance for the same session.

Please note that we do not offer bulk billing and an out-of-pocket fee will apply.

  • Under the Medicare Better Access program, Medicare cardholders with a Mental Health Care Plan are eligible for a partial rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The Medicare rebate is $141.85 for a Clinical Psychologist, with a gap fee of $118.15. The full cost of each session is $260.

All fees will be charged to your nominated Credit Card on the day of your appointment or the following day. Successful payment is required to confirm future appointment bookings.

  • We kindly ask for at least three business days' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session to avoid incurring any fees. This policy helps us offer the reserved time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If less than three days' notice is given or if you miss a scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the consultation cost will apply. Please note that Medicare does not cover missed or cancelled appointments.
