To schedule an appointment, you can either submit your GP referral letter or contact our admin team directly to book a session.
To receive a Medicare rebate, you will need a valid referral letter and a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
If you are referred by your psychiatrist, only a referral letter is needed.
Kindly note that Medicare rebates are available exclusively for individual sessions. Medicare rebates typically do not apply to couples or family sessions.Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full fee privately, claim through your private health insurance, or, if you have NDIS funding, you can forward the details to us.

Medico-legal/court cases, WorkCover claims, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) claims, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) claims, Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal claims, Chronic Disease Management Plans, and IQ or ASD assessments.
