Meet Ash
Ash is a Clinical Psychologist with nine years of experience supporting adults with a range of concerns, from longstanding and complex difficulties to more recent challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming.
She has a particular interest in working with complex trauma, eating disorders, autism (ASD), ADHD, personality disorders, relationship difficulties, and anxiety disorders, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Drawing on experience across hospitals, rehabilitation settings, community organisations, and private practice, Ash provides evidence-based therapy tailored to each person's unique needs.
Ash offers both in-person appointments in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs and telehealth services across Australia.
